Responsibilities

• Ensure that print products are of the highest quality, which includes the color, shape, and sharpness of the final product.
• Managing deadlines and giving final approval of print jobs before they see production and giving final approval of print jobs before they see production.
• Oversee printing schedules and make sure publications are printed and distributed on time.
• Maintain low costs while ensuring the quality of the publication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in operating and monitoring (Printing, Slitting, Gluing, Cutting, Extruder, Blow, Injection, and Lamination machines) is essential for this role.
• Strong leadership skills are required to effectively lead and oversee the team, ensuring proper control and monitoring of all workers in their respective roles
• Effective communication, strong decision-making skills, and adept problem-solving abilities, especially in handling any issues or challenges
• Ready to work day and night shifts, as the job may require flexibility in working hours based on organizational needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
