Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor to ensure efficient and timely production of food and beverage products.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Supervise and motivate production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to address any issues and optimize production processes.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc / B.Tech in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverages industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
