Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager in the Construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Project management. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing onsite and offsite constructions, and ensuring quality construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, schedule and manage projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction.
• Oversee and direct projects from idea phase to conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulation.
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
•  Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Planning to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Meet with clients and stakeholders to discuss construction designs.
• Document process flow and taking progress pictures of projects from start to finish.
• Act as an intermediary between the client and the construction team.
• Oversee building contractors and construction team.
• Visit the site regularly to ensure construction complies to agreed design and ensure project adheres to regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management especially in construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Project Management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
