Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role located in Port Harcourt, with flexibility for remote work.
• As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Genesis Group, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communicating with customers, fulfilling their service needs, sales management and training.
• You will oversee sales activities, also ensuring the development and implementation of marketing plans targeting new and existing markets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to train, motivate and lead a team to high-level performance
• Demonstrated success in creating marketing plans that target new and existing markets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of relevant software (e.g. CRM) and databases
• Experience in hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
