Site Administrator

Job Overview:

  • As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting overall site operations.
  • This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collate and organize construction documents, including waybills, invoices, delivery notes, from both internal and external source.
  • Collate and prepare weekly reports i.e. Materials purchase and consumption, site operation cash-flow and attendance sheet in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the construction site, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication to enhance project coordination.
  • Establish and manage on-site office operations, including organization of workspaces and provision of necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of site materials.
  • Collaborate with the safety department to ensure adherence to safety regulations on the construction site.
  • Submit invoices and receipts to the finance unit in a timely manner.
  • Daily posting of Purchase request in ERP system for approval
  • Work hand in hand with site inventory and Asset management officer to ensure compliance with internal control in the area of physical auditing of property, plant and equipment on site.

Skill Required:

  • Proven experience as a site administrator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and procedures.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a construction environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Education and Experience:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in construction administration is preferred.
