Software Tester
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure quality and reliability of software products.
- Identify and report defects, conduct comprehensive testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes
Responsibilities
- Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, integration and performance testing) to identify and resolve defects to deliver flawless software products for Pakam’s user.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of testing objectives and outcomes.
- Monitor and analyse test results and report defects using appropriate bug tracking systems.
- Provide feedback on software usability and user experience to improve product design and functionality.
- Ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing software performance.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT KPI
- Familiarity with various techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate defects effectively.
- Detailed oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and reliable testing outcomes
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Maintain a defect rate of less than X% in the delivered software products.
- Timely delivery of tasks (submission of bug reports)
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a software Experience tester.
