Structural Inspector
Description
- Review all available engineering documentation.
- Prepare a site execution plan before visiting the site establishing clear objectives
- The site execution plan will identify with assistance from the Client the areas in critical need of immediate assessment.
- Identify all work activities required to provide a comprehensive integrity assessment of multiple buildings
- Perform an initial high-level visual inspection for each building identifying areas needing more thorough inspections
- Spot check of foundations may / may not be required depending upon visual inspections.
- Prepare weekly progress reports
- Maintain record of Inspection requests
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- COREN Registered
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Demonstrate experience in similar works
- knowledgeable in all MS Office tools
