Student Recruitment Manager (West Africa)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Student Recruitment Manager in preparation of student recruitment plans, and initiatives in the relevant country/territory to achieve student recruitment targets.
- Provide regular reports to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager including market updates and competitor tracking.
- Collaborate with college-based and in-market teams.
- Develop relationships with schools in the region to increase Australasia colleges’ brand awareness.
- Attend events on behalf of your division/college (and as relevant, of your University Partner)
- Participate in all recruitment activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion, information sessions, and managing inquiries/agent requests.
- Deliver sales growth through team leadership and achieve student recruitment targets.
- Deliver exemplary regional-specific sales collateral for the agent and partner networks.
- Deliver market intelligence and accurate sales forecasts via regular and detailed reports.
- Handle student inquiries and manage leads. Recruitment forecasts through regular and detailed reports to the SSRM, Director of Marketing and Admissions, and Regional Manager.
- Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRM.
- Coordinate student contact to confirm the outcome of the visa interview.
- Assist in Coordinating student GTE interviews (where required).
- Execute the pre-departure process with channel partners and students.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and other languages relevant to the region.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce experience and Power BI are desirable.
- Social Media Marketing experience, ability to lead Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat channels.
- An understanding of the international education industry and visa process.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience in building and managing internal and external relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural matrixed environment.
- Emotional intelligence – ability to build relationships.
- Relationship management skills in a commercial, fast-paced environment
