Transport Fleet Logistics Manager at Quantum Travels Limited – Hiring Now

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee fleet operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient transportation of goods and personnel Business development
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
• Monitor and optimize fuel usage, vehicle mileage, and operating costs
• Ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards, including roadworthiness, insurance, and permits
• Plan, schedule, and manage transportation routes
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and drivers
• Optimize logistics operations using technology and data analysis
• Oversee drivers and fleet personnel

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in fleet or logistics management
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian transportation regulations Proficiency in logistics software and fleet management tools Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license
• Logistics and Transport certifications are a plus
