Transport Fleet Logistics Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee fleet operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient transportation of goods and personnel Business development
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
- Monitor and optimize fuel usage, vehicle mileage, and operating costs
- Ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards, including roadworthiness, insurance, and permits
- Plan, schedule, and manage transportation routes
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and drivers
- Optimize logistics operations using technology and data analysis
- Oversee drivers and fleet personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in fleet or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian transportation regulations Proficiency in logistics software and fleet management tools Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license
- Logistics and Transport certifications are a plus
